I am currently recruiting for an experienced and hands on Contracts Manager for a main contractor based in Bournemouth. They turnover IRO 17.5million with projects ranging from vehicle retail (new build & refurbishment), Healthcare and Commercial, with projects valued to 6million. At present, alongside the current Contracts Manager, the Managing Director is involved with overseeing contracts and is now looking to concentrating on other areas of the business. You will be overseeing 2/3 projects at any one time, all with an experienced standalone Project Manager based on each.

They have a firm client base of repeat work and full order book for 2026. They are looking for someone who is experienced but the background takes a slight back seat as fitting into the team is of the upmost importance. It is small friendly team who work very well together.
